My name is Tenzin Tserang, and I’m the founder of Intenz Health. I’m a 23-year-old with a passion for health, technology, nutrition, exercise, and biohacking. My goal is to help men improve their physical and mental health by understanding and optimizing the systems in the body.
I became obsessed with learning about the body after experiencing anemia, which forced me to quit professional sports. This health challenge sparked my interest in self-improvement and led me on a journey to understand how the body works and how we can optimize its performance.
After working as a mindfulness coach for a while, I faced new health challenges that deepened my interest in biohacking. I discovered that biohacking is a unique approach to health that focuses on understanding the body’s systems and how they impact our overall well-being. I became a Wim Hof Method instructor, a licensed personal trainer, and a nutritionist, and I started trying various biohacks to improve my energy, focus, and health.
Now, I want to use my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their own health goals. Through Intenz Health, I offer online programs, group and 1-on-1 coaching sessions, workshops, and retreats. My programs and activities are designed to help men become more resilient, confident, and successful by improving their hormones, neurotransmitters, and mindset.
I’m committed to continuous learning and improvement, and I’m always exploring new ways to optimize health and wellness. I believe that with the right knowledge, tools, and support, anyone can achieve their full potential and lead a more fulfilling life.
As the founder of Intenz Health, it has become my mission to reach and help as many men as possible. While 1-on-1 coaching and workshops have been effective, I want to expand my reach by creating an online community of men. My goal is to organize retreats and workshops around the world, where men can learn more about self-improvement and biohacking.
Personally, I am committed to achieving new levels of athletic ability. I train hard every day and am always experimenting with new biohacks, trainingstyles, and recovery practices. Next year, I plan to start training for a triathlon to test myself and become comfortable being uncomfortable. Additionally, I have set a goal to improve my English writing skills, which will enable me to impact more lives.
Lastly, I have a personal goal to travel the world to find the perfect place for my future children to grow up. I believe that by pursuing these goals, I can continue to learn and grow, and inspire others to do the same.
I’m a professional mindfulness coach, personal trainer, and certified Wim Hof instructor and nutritionist. Currently, I’m studying sports psychology because it focuses on dealing with high-pressure, competitive environments, and team dynamics, which I believe can have a significant impact on our business and work environment. With my diverse range of expertise, I’m committed to providing men with the right knowledge, tools, and support to help them achieve their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
